SUBSCRIPTION

You can subscribe by clicking on the 7-day free trial button in the header, footer or on the home page. 

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial period! This is a great way to see if Fit By The Figure is for you. 

The 7-day trial subscription will automatically roll over to a monthly subscription at the end, unless cancelled within the trial period. 

If you do not wish to continue to a paid subscription with Fit By The Figure at the end of your trial period, you will need to cancel your subscription before the 7th day. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours prior to the expiry of your trial to ensure a charge is not processed. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@fitbythefigure.com but we’ll be sorry to see you go! 

When cancelling your Fit By The Figure subscription, the following applies:

  • We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time
  • After cancelling your subscription, you will still have full access to your workouts until the end of your current billing period. 

As per our Terms of Use, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.

FITNESS PRODUCTS

As per our Terms of Use, we cannot exchange or refund any physical products due to hygiene reasons. 

If you receive a faulty order, please get in contact with us ay hello@fitbythefigure.com. Any returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

The Figure Bands will eventually lose their resistance so please take care.  Here are some ways to care for your bands:

  • Avoid overstretching the bands to more than double their size
  • Keep your bands out of direct sunlight or heated conditions at all times
  • Make sure you’re using the correct strength band for the correct exercise

We recommend cleaning the mat after each practice with warm soapy water and wait until dry.

No, we do not offer warranty on our products.

SHIPPING

Yes, we do!

We promise to ship your order within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).

Depending on where it is being shipped to, you can expect a 3-5 day delivery time. 

Please email us at hello@fitbythefigure.com as soon as possible so we can correct this before the item(s) is being shipped.

If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item(s), email us at hello@fitbythefigure.com within 7 days. Please take a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s), your name, order number, and a description of the issue with the order. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange and you are in Australia, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. Once we receive your order, we will ship out a new or the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
