(Resistance bands are a great strength workout tool and complement to free weights and will be used frequently throughout my programs.

I’m a mom of three, a certified Nutrition and Fitness Coach, a Master Female Trainer, and a mummy blogger who is super passionate about helping women who have lost their mojo to get their happiness, motivation and confidence back.

That’s why I created Fit By The Figure, because I know how it feels to wake up without any motivation and energy, not recognising your own body anymore, craving time for yourself, and wanting to feel confident in your clothes again. 

(I also love chocolate and champagne and believe that all the good things in life are supposed to be enjoyed, it’s all about balance!)
