Dry Ingredients:
90g Happy Way Vanilla protein
50g Almond meal
75g Buckwheat flour
20g L.S.A
2tsp Chia seeds
30g walnuts – chopped
5 dates – chopped
2tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients:
3 bananas (mashed well)
3 eggs
40ml maple syrup
1/4 cup Almond milk
1tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Spray a loaf tin with olive oil and line the base with baking paper. Mix all the the dry ingredients together, and mix all the wet ingredients together. Then combine the two so they’re well mixed together. Pour into loaf tin. Put in the oven for 30 minutes then over with foil for another 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
