Ingredients
1 cup chocolate Protein powder
2 tbsp 100% cocoa
60g honey
250g peanut butter (I use Mayvers Protein peanut butter)
1/2 Oatmeal
Desiccated coconut for rolling in
Method
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well – you may need to add a tiny bit of water to make it all stick
Roll into 13 balls and roll in coconut
Put in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days
